Important notes

 

A deposit of 50% of the full payment must be made to reserve the preferred date and confirm our services

A full payment is required before the wedding day / collection of flowers

Once a deposit is made and orders are confirmed, the items ordered cannot be reduced.  However, you can make exchanges for other items of at least the same value.

All confirmed orders will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge.

Delivery charges typically range from $25 to $50 depending on venue and volume.

Delivery and Venue Set-Up charges start from $50 onwards depending on venue and volume.

We do not dismantle the decorations.

 

Terms & Conditions

- All containers, stands, fabric, materials and props etc are to be returned after the event (unless otherwise stated).
- Any lost or damaged item will be considered as sold item.
